DEAR WHITE PEOPLE

Hi. I do not lead or live with ethnic prejudices against any one race or culture of people. 

I write this post and message under the title of “Dear White People“ because whites disproportionately control the legislative branches of government throughout this country.  Yet, white people represent 58% of the US population. 

They occupy and hold 84% of the seats in the US Senate, and 72% of the seats in the US House of Representatives. This political disproportionality in 2025 is due to white privilege, hatred, ignorance, and America’s long dark history of systemic and structural racism.

Folks, this is a numbers game. Until the majority of whites exercise courage for change and some level of empathy towards minorities, sustainable legislative changes are slow to come.

The government has caused division between white and black people for generations.
