My HVAC installer refused to work in the attic until it was cleaned out. He said it was full of rodent waste. I’m in Van Nuys and called Rodents Stop immediately. Heather scheduled an inspection the next day. Shay confirmed the attic was contaminated and chewed through. Karin and Miguel removed everything, disinfected it, and Gustavo installed fresh insulation. Mario sealed multiple vents. Jocelyne followed up with photos. My HVAC tech came back and said it was the cleanest attic he’d seen all month.
